HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SHOES?

It depends on what our waitlist looks like. We work on a first come, first serve basis and put in as much time as required to provide quality customs. When you place your order or request your quote, we can give you an estimated turnaround time that begins once your payment is processed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO HIGH?

Our shoes are custom made by hand using great detail and high-quality paint. No one shoe we create is the same, therefore the amount of work, prep-time, and process required varies.  A custom pair of shoes can take up 6-20 hrs of dedicated work to bring a design to life. You are receiving a one-of-a-kind item, not something you can pick up from any shoe store.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN SHOES?

Yes. If you would rather ship us the shoes, we accept new or gently used shoes. Please fill out the inquiry form and let us know you would rather use your own pair of shoes for the custom.

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE MORE THAN JUST SNEAKERS?

Yes, we can customize almost any item! - shirts, baseball gloves, caps, etc. Just because you don't see it pictured, doesn't mean we can't make it happen.
